About The Banshees
The Wenatchee Banshees is a recreational women's hockey team located in Wenatchee, Washington. The women on our team range in age from Squirt to 50+. You DO NOT need to know anything about hockey, or even how to skate, to play with us. Our team is all about getting a good workout, learning the basics of the game, and MOST importantly, having lots of FUN!
Our season typically runs from early October to March and we usually play in one or two tournaments each month. Tournament participation is COMPLETELY voluntary and guarantees loads of fun. If you don't want to travel or play in any tournaments, that's okay too.
